He has personally advised more than 14,000 CEOs, founders, and entrepreneurs — from startup founders and small-business owners to celebrities, high-growth companies, and billion-dollar organizations. His work sits at the intersection of business strategy, operational systems, leadership and communication psychology, behavioral science, and personal performance.
Aaron's entrepreneurial journey began at 19 when he launched his first company. After several years of struggle, he was introduced to his first business coach and mentor — a relationship that became a turning point in both his life and career. With the support of coaches, advisors, and disciplined systems, he built one of the most successful companies in his vertical, and at just 24 founded Aaron Keith Consulting. He sold the first business at 26 to commit fully to developing a world-class consulting practice.
What made that experience meaningful was not just the financial success. It was the life that business allowed him to build — more freedom, travel, health, strong relationships, and personal fulfillment. That shaped Aaron's belief that business, built correctly, should support both the company and the person leading it.
Since then he has built four companies of his own across real estate investment and development, health and wellness, and the medical space — including Spark Health, a personalized natural-medicine clinic — completing two successful exits to date. His experience as both operator and advisor gives him a rare ability to understand the real pressures business owners face: not in theory, but from lived experience.
