Consulting Projects are scoped, focused engagements designed to produce a specific outcome within a defined timeframe.

A project might mean building a complete marketing system from scratch, restructuring a sales department, developing a management operating system, creating a full suite of departmental SOPs, building out the company's financial model, or running an OE7 diagnostic across the entire company with a prioritized action plan. Every project begins with a scoping conversation to define the deliverable, timeline, and resources — and is built to be owned and operated by your team when it concludes.

A private quarterly workshop for serious CEOs, founders, and operators held in Scottsdale, Arizona. Each quarter, a small group of no more than 25 vetted entrepreneurs gathers for an intensive, in-person seminar focused on one high-leverage business topic.
