These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and the grading assessments offered on it, operated by Keith Consulting ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

You may use this site for your own business and informational purposes. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, and no use of it for anything unlawful.

The grading assessments

The Basic and Comprehensive Grading Assessments are self-assessment tools. Your grades are calculated only from the answers you give, so they are only as accurate as those answers. The assessments and reports are for general information and planning. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and they do not guarantee any business result.

Comprehensive Grading Assessment purchases

The price is shown before you pay and is charged in U.S. dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. After payment you get immediate access to the assessment, and a resume link is emailed to you so you can finish later.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, videos, the grading assessments and reports, and The Seven Method and Seven™ names and materials, belongs to Keith Consulting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may print or save your own report for your own use. You may not copy, resell, republish or create derivative works from the site, the assessments or The Seven Method materials without our written permission.

What you send us

When you submit a form or assessment, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site and the assessments are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Testimonials and results described on this site are individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
