Each quarter, a small group of serious entrepreneurs and CEOs gathers in Scottsdale for a day and a half intensive. This in-person seminar is focused on one high-leverage business topic. This group goes deep into strategy, mindset, structure, execution, and the real decisions that determine whether a company scales or stalls.
Most seminars give you surface-level information and then spend your time pitching coaching and more courses. That will not happen here. You will be guided through hands-on work tied directly to your company's performance.
