The Boardroom Seminar Series
This is not a
conference.
A private quarterly workshop for CEOs and founders who are actively building and scaling — navigating real pressure, making difficult decisions, and looking for strategic depth that actually moves the needle.

What it is
Deep work, in the room, with serious operators.
Each quarter, a small group of serious entrepreneurs and CEOs gathers in Scottsdale for an intensive, in-person seminar focused on one high-leverage business topic — going deep into strategy, mindset, structure, execution, and the real decisions that determine whether a company scales or stalls.
Most seminars give you surface-level information and then spend your time pitching coaching and more courses. That will not happen here. You will be guided through hands-on work, strategic exercises, and practical implementation tied directly to your company — what's working, what's missing, what needs to be strengthened, and what to decide next.
When you leave, your business will be different.
Topics rotate each quarter
One high-leverage topic at a time.
A selection of past topics. Each quarter focuses on one.
