This Privacy Policy explains how Keith Consulting ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, contact us, take a grading assessment, or buy the Comprehensive Grading Assessment.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, industry, and anything you write in your message.
- Grading assessments: your name, email address, your Yes/No answers, and the grades calculated from them.
- Comprehensive Grading Assessment purchases: your name and email. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Book and update notifications: your email address and what you asked to hear about.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site secure and running. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations you request.
- To run your grading assessment, save your progress, and email you your resume link and your report.
- To process your purchase and give you access to the Comprehensive Grading Assessment.
- To send you updates you asked for, such as book news.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Website hosting and database (our hosting provider).
- Email delivery, to send you messages and reports.
- Stripe, to process payments. Stripe's use of your information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Workflow automation (such as Make.com), which passes form and assessment details into our internal systems.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use only what is essential for the site to work: a secure sign-in cookie for site administrators, and your browser's local storage to remember that you have seen our cookie notice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and assessment information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete it or keep it only in anonymized form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you updates, by emailing aaron@buildifysystems.com. Every update email also lets you opt out. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the European Economic Area and the UK), you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor them as the law requires and will not discriminate against you for using them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date above.
