Grade all seven departments.

You'll grade each of the seven core departments of The Seven Method — Management, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Production, Quality Assurance — with a short set of yes/no questions per department (161 in total). Take them in any order; each saves as you go. When all seven are complete you'll get a grade per department and an overall Company Operating Grade.
